Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the Texas Weddings public website, portal, marketplace, advertising, ticketing, and bridal-show functions. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, vendors, staff, or the platform.
Marketplace relationships
Texas Weddings helps couples discover and communicate with independent wedding professionals. Unless specifically stated in a written agreement, Texas Weddings is not a party to contracts between couples and vendors and does not guarantee availability, pricing, quality, licensing, or performance.
Vendor listings and advertising
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, rights, and legality of submitted listings, offers, copy, and imagery. Staff may review, schedule, decline, pause, or remove content to satisfy contracted placement, quality standards, legal requirements, and member preferences. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Tickets and events
Show tickets, VIP access, booth packages, badges, and add-on orders are subject to event-specific availability and rules. Tickets may not be duplicated or misused. Event schedules, exhibitors, layouts, and amenities may change when reasonably necessary for safety or operations.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Texas Weddings the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and share it as directed by the service. You must have the right to submit that content and must not infringe another person’s rights.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse accounts, scrape protected data, interfere with security, upload harmful material, impersonate another person, harass users, or use the platform for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Texas Weddings does not warrant uninterrupted operation or specific business, planning, or event outcomes. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension, changes, and governing law
We may update or discontinue features, enforce these terms, or suspend access when reasonably necessary. These terms are governed by applicable Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
